Refund and Returns Policy
At Ahlam Herbals, we take pride in supplying only authentic and premium-quality herbal products to our wholesale partners. Since our products are natural and perishable in nature, please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully:
✅ Eligible Returns
Products that are received damaged, expired, or defective.
Incorrect items delivered (different from the purchase order).
Products with quality issues that can be verified upon inspection.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Products opened, used, or tampered with.
Orders placed in error by the buyer.
Customized / private-label packaging orders.
📅 Return Window
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
💰 Refund Process
Once the returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the agreement.
🚚 Return Shipping
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, Ahlam Herbals will bear the return shipping cost.
- For any other return requests (if approved), the buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
